Prototype Dwelling (1987)

CONCEPT: Modular construction using a total of three different modules: core module, space module, and stairs module. For two bedrooms modules can be configured more than nine different ways such that no two apartments have the same floor plan. All interior partitions are portable and lock into a "service grid" which supplies electricity, telephone, etcetera to each panel. Large portable cabinets also lock into grid. Utilities are hooked up at stairs module.
